HBO's longest running comedy-drama television series "Curb Your Enthusiasm" returns next week for the ninth episode if its ninth season. The upcoming episode titled "The Shucker" will see Larry become the victim of blackmailing and is tormented by someone from his past.

The synopsis from Den of Geek also suggests that the episode will also take on Jeff and Larry's new creative ventures, as well as Sussie's surprising source for getting turned on. Fans will have to wait until "The Sucker" airs to see what these new ventures and surprising sources are.

The trailer for the upcoming installment shows Larry telling everybody over dinner about his meeting with Lin-Manuel Miranda. It also shows an argument between Larry and Leon Black (J.B. Smoove) who is asked to get rid of his do-rag. However, Leon is keen on keeping it, saying it is basically in the same family as a scarf, ascot, and pocket square, but Larry does not agree with him. Later in the promo, Jeff is seen trying on a cowboy hat and saying that he loves it. The episode seems to have a lot to do with headgear. Could it have something to do with Jeff and Larry's new creative ventures as mentioned in the synopsis?

Meanwhile, executive producer Jeff Schaffer told The Hollywood Reporter in an interview that the show runners did not intend for the judgment tour to feel similar to the finale of the classic sitcom "Seinfeld" which Schaffer worked on as an executive producer as well.

"We figured people would make some sort of connection between the 'Seinfeld' finale and this montage, but the reality is that they are very different," said Schaffer. "This one was about proving that Larry had a point. Which, I think, is the heart of Curb."

"Curb Your Enthusiasm" season 9 episode 9 will air on Sunday, Nov. 26 at 10 p.m. EST on HBO.
