In Lukasiak's interview with People, she told the publication that Abby Lee Dance Company coach Abby Lee Miller "mocked her eye very bluntly." At that time, she said she was dealing with serious health issues and she did not expect to leave so soon in 2014.

But in the end, Lukasiak and her mother decided that "Dance Moms" and ALDC are not the best choice for them.

"It didn't feel like it was a good environment for me to be in anymore. I don't regret what I did at all," she shared. "I'm very happy I left when I did. I think it only would've gotten way worse. I don't think that would've been good for my mom or me, for our mental state. Everything happens for a reason so I was glad I left."

Lukasiak is currently working on a book, a tell-all behind-the-scenes chronicle of her life. The book will be titled "Girl on Pointe: Chloe's Guide to Taking on the World." The 15-year-old teased that the book contains information that her fans have yet to know about her. Perhaps she will share what happened during her time with "Dance Moms," when the cameras have stopped rolling.

The upcoming book is slated to release in January 2018. It is currently available for pre-order on Amazon.

Lukasiak is not the only dancer to part from the show. Like her, Miller's star pupil Maddie Ziegler also left the studio and the reality show, but unlike Lukasiak, she left deliberately. She wanted to pursue other projects. Ziegler has no plans of returning to "Dance Moms" and is happy she no longer feels the immense pressure of competing.

More updates on "Dance Moms" should arrive soon.
