"Dancing With the Stars" continued with its "Hometown Glory" theme this Tuesday as the contestants danced their second routine of the week. Monday's performances saw Bindi Irwin rise to the top of the leaderboards while Chaka Khan was eliminated from the competition. On Tuesday night, the dances were dedicated to the pro partners' respective hometowns, and at the end of the evening, another celebrity was sent home.

Here are the performances and scores for the second night of week 2 of "Dancing With the Stars" season 21:

Tamar Braxton and Val Chmerkovskiy
Dance: Charleston
Score: 25 (out of 30)

Dancing for Chmerkovskiy's hometown of New York, Braxton gave an energetic performance, which involved a lot of fancy footwork with some hip-hop elements added to their Charleston routine.

"That was the funkiest Charleston I have ever seen on the show," Carrie Ann Inaba said, and their performance earned them the highest score of the night.

Alexa PenaVega and Mark Ballas
Dance: Rumba
Score: 22

Dedicating their rumba to Ballas' parents, world-renowned dancers Corkie and Shirley Ballas, Alexa did one of Shirley's signature moves — a split after a spin, and the romantic dance was much applauded by the audience.

"Proper, romantic, sensual, classic rumba," Bruno Tonioli said of the dance.

Kim Zolciak and Tony Dovolani
Dance: Foxtrot
Score: 18

The pair danced for Dovolani's hometown in Kosovo, and Zolciak gave an elegant performance as she hoped to do her partner proud. Julianne Hough advised her to "travel and use that energy moving forward" next time, and Inaba told the reality star that she has a lot of potential.

Nick Carter and Sharna Burgess
Dance: Foxtrot
Score: 24

The two dedicated their foxtrot to Burgess' home in Australia, and while Carter's dance from Monday night saw him slipping due to his shoes, the Backstreet Boy was in fine form for their second dance of the week as he gracefully led Burgess on the dancefloor.

"Nick is back on track!" Tonioli exclaimed.

"I really felt like there was poetry in your dancing tonight," said Inaba.

Victor Espinoza and Karina Smirnoff
Dance: Rumba
Score: 20

Dancing for Smirnoff's hometown in Ukraine, Espinoza displayed strength and looked commanding on the dance floor.

"Victor, you looked like you were 10 feet tall tonight," said Hough. "The way that you handled Karina, it was beautiful — best dance you've done."

Alek Skarlatos and Lindsay Arnold
Dance: Quickstep
Score: 22

Dancing in honor of Arnold's hometown in Utah, the real-life hero was quick on his feet and the judges praised their partnership, with Inaba calling them a "power couple." Hough said that Skarlatos had a presence about him and couldn't believe that he was only 22 years old because of his "maturity" on the dance floor.

Paula Deen and Louis Van Amstel
Dance: Tango
Score: 18

Dedicating their dance to Van Amstel's hometown on Amsterdam, the cookbook author gave a sassy performance.

"I was blown away," said Inaba, and the judge advised Deen to "really nail the choreography" next time so her scores would improve.

Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough
Dance:
Score: 23

The pressure was on the pair to do as well as they did on Monday night as they got the highest scores. Dancing for Derek's hometown in Utah, the Australian star got into character for the romantic dance, and Hough said that what she saw was "two dancers dancing as one."

"She's always in the moment, right there with her partner," Tonioli said of Irwin.

Gary Busey and Anna Trebunskaya
Dance: Paso Doble
Score: 15

Dancing in honor of Trebunskaya's Russian roots, the pair's Medieval times-inspired paso doble saw Busey forgetting some of the steps, and while Inaba said that the dance was full of character and drama, it lacked a lot of paso doble elements.

Andy Grammer and Allison Holker
Dance: Contemporary
Score: 23

Hoping to do better than his performance last Monday, Grammer got to work during rehearsal and even got a pep talk from Holker's husband, Twitch. The pair's powerful and emotional contemporary number was dedicated to Holker's L.A. home, and Hough said that Grammer's performance was better than his last dance.

"It was a difficult routine, but you were centered, you were engaged," said Tonioli

Carlos PenaVega and Witney Carson
Dance: Cha Cha
Score: 21

In honor of Carson's hometown in Utah, the two danced a fun and glamorous Cha Cha which got the audience on their feet. Tonioli said that though Carlos missed a couple of steps, he was able to dance beautifully and will surely be back next week.

Hayes Grier and Emma Slater
Dance: Quick Step
Score: 23

Dancing to honor Slater's hometown in England, Grier's energy was in full force during their quick step.

Hough said, "It was fresh, it was youthful, it was everything that you are as a couple."

After the combined scores of the judges and the audience vote from Monday night, it was revealed that Busey and Trebunskaya were in jeopardy, as well as Espinoza and Smirnoff. In the end, Espinoza was sent home.

"I had an amazing time, and especially tonight was special for me because I danced for Karina and everybody else with all my heart," said Espinoza.

"Dancing With the Stars" airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
