As with any other upcoming releases, developer and publisher Bungie is building up the hype for its upcoming "Destiny" expansion by giving fans an idea on what they would get from the new content. However, instead of the normal incremental measly teasers building up to the release, Bungie went all-out and revealed the upcoming new content for all to see, particularly those who would be pre-ordering "The Taken King" or purchasing the Special Editions of the third expansion.

First up is the confirmation of the Suros Arsenal Pack for pre-orders. According to Bungie, the upcoming new Suros weapons and gear will be available starting Sept. 15, and the pack will be released for pre-orders of the digital and physical editions of "The Taken King," as well as the Normal, Legendary, and Collector's Editions. Those who get the Suros Arsenal Pack will enjoy the gears and weapons as timed exclusives, since the pack will become available for normal gameplay starting next year.

Aside from Suros, there will also be a Vanguard Weapons Pack for pre-orders. The pack comes with a pulse rifle, an automatic rifle, and a sidearm. The same with Suros, Vanguard Weapons will be exclusive for a time, available for pre-orders of the third expansion until Jan. 1 next year when they will be released for normal gameplay.

Meanwhile, aside from pre-order bonuses, players can also take advantage of the different editions for the third expansion of "Destiny." In addition to the standard $40 edition, there will be a Legendary Edition for $60 which will get players access to the base game, the previous two expansions, and the upcoming "The Taken King" DLC.

In addition, for hardcore fans of the game, there will be two $80 special versions of the expansion pack. The Digital Collector's Edition, aside from the complete game releases up to the third DLC, will also include special in-game items – three class items, three class-specific emotes, and three shaders. The physical Collector's Edition, meanwhile, is a GameStop exclusive and will include the base game and all three expansions, a Strange Coin replica, cards and images collection; personal notes and illustrations by Cayde-6, a modified Treasure Island book, and a steelbook case.

Already on its third expansion, "Destiny: The Taken King" will roll out on Sept. 15.
