Contrary to many beloved animated feature films, the plot for "Frozen 2" is definitely under heavy guard. In fact, it is incredibly secretive that even its own stars do not know everything that will occur in the upcoming sequel.

Production for "Frozen 2" had already commenced by the end of September, with Josh Gad, who plays the lovable snowman Olaf having begun recording his parts for the character. The updates regarding the film are still pretty scarce, but Gad did reveal an interesting detail regarding the movie.

While promoting his newest project, the Kenneth Branagh-directed "Murder on the Orient Express," Gad revealed that Disney has kept the entire sequel script from him. The actor revealed that Disney was going to give him bits and pieces of dialogue out of context due to his tendency to spoil the plot beforehand.

"I don't want to spoil anything but Olaf only lasts for the first act. I'm kidding. Disney has kept all of it from me. They're gonna give me pieces of dialogye out of context because I have a big mouth," admitted Gad.

Kristen Bell, who voices Princess Anna, also revealed some interesting details regarding "Frozen 2." Speaking to Cinema Blend while promoting "A Bad Moms Christmas," Bell revealed that she has read the script and recorded her parts. While the script tends to change every now and then, she said that it was very good.

Another thing she also mentioned was that there are several new characters that will be introduced in "Frozen 2." Although she obviously cannot reveal the specifics as to who they are, it certainly makes for some good speculation.

"One thing I will say, there are a couple new characters that you will fall in love with. That thing I feel like I can say safely," said Bell.

Perhaps, Elsa (Idina Menzel), Anna, and the rest of the gang decide to leave Arendelle that lead them to encounter the new characters? Or someone else is trying to take control of Arendelle from Elsa? It all remains to be seen.

"Frozen 2" is expected to premiere on Nov. 27, 2019, but an animated short "Olaf's Frozen Adventure" will precede the upcoming Disney Pixar production on Nov. 22.
