Harington also shared that he is quite saddened by the fact that production will soon conclude. Harington said, "It is sinking in, it's just quite emotional. I don't know how I'm going to feel sometime next year."

Not much has been revealed about the plot of season 8. However, fans were able to acquire some story content for the final season from another "Game of Thrones" star. This time, it is Snow's good friend Samwell Tarly (John Bradley). During an interview with Tv Guide, Bradley revealed, "Each of the characters this year is placed in a completely alien environment at some point in the season that they've never been placed before. The thrill is seeing how they react to it and how they respond."

Season 7 ended with the Night King destroying the wall, indicating that the next season will be an all-out war between the living and the dead.

Fans can now rely on simple fan theories until the episodes are released in the coming years. There are several speculations tackling different characters. Some people say that Jon and Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) will have a baby after being intimate.
