'General Hospital' spoilers: threat to Sonny; Franco's drawings lift lid on twin mystery

Patient Six has arrived in Port Charles in "General Hospital"Twitter/GeneralHospital

How long can a secret be kept until it is revealed? How deep does the story of the two Jasons go? These are questions that will be raised and answered in the coming episodes of "General Hospital." Spoilers hint that Franco (Roger Howarth) will find himself digging deeper into the twin thing.

Franco is trying to put up with his own demons while trying to get to the bottom of this mystery. He does not like it, but he did not have a choice either. The photo set something in motion that could no longer be stopped. As Franco digs into it more, he will not like what he will find. This is especially evident in the nightmares he has been getting.

Asher McDonell will mark his debut on the show as the young version of Drew in flashback scenes as well as scenes from Franco's nightmares. Franco will look into Betsy's (Deborah Strang) story a little more, but a part of him will want to let it be. He also wants to keep Jason (Billy Miller) out of this too. Yet, Franco's talk with Andre (Anthony Montgomery) will change things.

Their conversation will have Franco feeling vulnerable and confused as well. He will have a bad feeling about the connection his past might have to the present and the future. Next week, Andre will get Franco to open up, and when Franco explains everything, Andre will suggest going about it another way.

Andre will suggest that Franco could draw out all those memories and things he is dealing with. It certainly helped Jake (Hudson West) and it might help Franco too.

It will definitely help out, significantly. Whatever Franco draws could unveil a whole other side to this mystery. Franco will find a big piece of the puzzle from his drawings. He will definitely be a little freaked out when he looks at his work. It will make him think about what it could mean.

Meanwhile, in the coming weeks, "General Hospital" spoilers reveal that Jason will try to stick to the plan. He knows that being safe is more important for Sam (Kelly Monaco), so he will have to resist temptation when Sonny (Maurice Benard) is faced with an emerging threat. When Sonny realizes that he is under surveillance, he will hope that he can put an end to whatever is going to come at him.

Of course, Sonny will also be in for quite a surprise when he spots Patient 6 (Steve Burton). His guards nearly caught the classic Jason at his place, so there is no telling when he will be back and when the two of them will cross paths.

"General Hospital" airs Mondays to Fridays at 2 p.m. EDT on ABC.
