The recent episode centers on Wright and Jennifer investigating a haunted mental hospital where a ghost hunting television series was shooting. The Bureau Underground agents therefore stepped up to redeem the image of ghost hunters from posers. In the episode, Jennifer stated, "These clowns give real paranormal investigators like me and Leroy a bad name. More like Ghost Dudz."

Max and Annie Carver (Amber Stevens West) are also getting closer and closer with each episode. Season 1 has not introduced detailed information about Max's wife Claire who was abducted and was revealed to be under the care of the Bureau.

"Ghosted" is doing fairly according to online critics. The series received a 68 percent score rating from Rotten Tomatoes and 3 out of 5 score from Den of Geek.
