Netflix's much anticipated "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" finally arrived last week just in time for binge-watching over the long weekend. And with how things ended for Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Rory (Alexis Bledel), some fans are pining for more episodes to resolve what seem to be some loose ends still left in the show.

For those who have not yet had the chance to watch the revival, major spoilers ahead so proceed with caution.

First up is the older Gilmore girl, Lorelai, finally tying the knot with longtime lover Luke (Scott Paterson). Fans knew all along that while there were other men that came and went in the life of Rory's mom, it would always be the cap and flannel-wearing stud that she would be coming back to. In an exclusive chat with Entertainment Tonight, Patterson shared that it was a great feeling for his character to finally say "I do" to his love.

"[It felt] pretty good, pretty good, yeah. And the way we did it was pretty clever I thought. I think it was the most personal way to do it and it had the most dramatic impact," the actor shared, referring to the low-key ceremony with only Rory, Lane (Keiko Agena) and Michel (Yanic Truesdale) in attendance.

"I think being married to that girl is going to be a really good thing," Patterson said, adding that they are "going to have a lot of babies!"

Interestingly, the series started with the two originally contemplating on having a baby as they visited a fertility clinic. However, they belatedly decided to pull the plug on the plan.

While Lorelai enters a new chapter, being officially married despite being with Luke for quite some time now, her daughter, Rory, also treads a new path as it was revealed at the end of the revival that she is pregnant. As it turns out, the much awaited parting words of the series is Rory telling her mom that she is pregnant leaving fans in a pile of frustration as it was not disclosed who the father of her baby is.

The majority of the speculations point to Logan (Matt Czuchry) as the biological father of Rory's child with a lot of hints supporting the claim. The two had been involved in a no strings attached relationship despite Logan being engaged to an heiress. Despite the arrangement that could potentially blow up given Rory's predicament, the 39-year-old explained why he does not need to defend his character.

"In the case of him being engaged, I feel like Odette represents his family obligations. I feel that Rory represents his true heart and soul and his love," Czuchry told TIME. "Logan has always had his feet in both of those worlds— his family obligations and his love for Rory. I hope that it came through that Logan is deeply in love with Rory, always has been and always will be."

On the flipside, this sort of cliffhanger, at least for Rory, leaves the door wide open in case creator Amy Sherman-Palladino wants to revisit Stars Hollow once again in the future.
