Riley (Rowan Blanchard) finds a way to test the high school waters when it comes to what's cool and what's lame in "Girl Meets World" season 3, episode 3 titled "Girl Meets Jexica."

In this intriguing and relatable "Girl Meets World" season 3 episode, Riley creates a fake online alter-ego named Jexica, who dons a head-turning fashion style and an even more attention-getting blue hair.

Jexica was born out of Riley's worries that her classmates won't like her and in order to know if her personality is alright with them, she creates the fake profile. Although the name and appearance are different, all the information she entered are all true.

To Riley's surprise, Jexica becomes a hit and inspires other students to dress and act like her. Everybody wants to hang out with her and now, Jexica's popularity appears to have stretched all over the school.

"Girl Meets World" season 3, episode 3 plays with the internet age by tackling Riley's lack of self-confidence, and more importantly the tendency of some to project a fake persona of themselves on the internet.

This is something that "Boy Meets World" would not have done, since it is only in this day and age that the internet took off and became prevalent and a necessity to many.

Although some think that "Girl Meets World" season 3, episode 3 will be some sort of a filler, spoilers suggest that it will also touch on the Riley, Lucas (Peyton Meyer) and Maya (Sabrina Carpenter) love triangle.

There are reports that claim that without even knowing, Lucas becomes fond of Jexica based on the details she provided on her online profile. Whether or not this will pan out remains to be seen, but fans of the Lucas and Riley tandem will be very happy if it happens.
