The Golden State Warriors did it again, surviving a pesky Utah Jazz squad last Monday to open a seven-game road trip with a 106–103 victory and continue a perfect start to the season at 19–0.

Golden State had its hands full against the Jazz, who played well and kept the game close, even having the lead a number of times especially in the fourth quarter.

But the clutch shooting of Stephen Curry was again in full display and he led the team in scoring with 26 points, 10 of which were scored in the final frame.

The reigning Most Valuable Player (MVP) shot nine of 20 from the field, including four of eight from the three-point territory.

Along with his offensive production, Curry provided another all-around performance also having six rebounds, five assists, and two steals.

Following the game, Curry spoke about the win and said, according to the Associated Press, "We've had some battles, and obviously, we've had some lopsided victories. But what gets lost in the record is the tough games we've had to claw our way out of, like tonight.

"Just because we are 19–0 doesn't mean we can just show up and blow teams out and guarantee a win. We actually have to do something about it," the 27-year-old franchise star added.

Helping Curry in the win were fellow starters forward Draymond Green and his Splash Brother guard Klay Thompson.

Green had 20 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists, while Thompson also had 20 points that came along with five rebounds, two assists, and two blocks.

But it was not just the starters as guard Ian Clark came off the bench and contributed 12 points, two rebounds, and one block in Monday's win.

The victory assured the top spot in the Western Conference standings to the Dubs who are four and a half games ahead of the second team in the conference, the San Antonio Spurs.

Michael Jordan's Charlotte Hornets are the next ones to have a shot at ending the streak when they get a visit from the Warriors today, Wednesday.
