Gotham season 1 episode 19, "Beasts of Prey," will start delving into the criminal Jason Lennon aka the Ogre, played by Milo Ventimiglia, as he targets not only Jim's ex-fiancee Barbara but also Dr. Leslie Thompson. During the promo trailer recently launched online, Harvey Bullock explains that the Ogre is the GCPD's "dirty little secret."

According to the trailer, the Ogre abducts beautiful women and keeps them for months until he discovers they are not the perfect woman and ends up viciously murdering them. The GCPD stopped chasing the Ogre when it was apparant that the criminal only targeted women connected to police officers.

Hence, Bullock warns Jim to proceed with caution because Leslie's safety was in his hands. The trailer also shows the Ogre sharing a kiss with Barbara so there could be more trouble for Jim than he expected. Despite the danger on her life, Leslie is shown encouraging Jim Gordon to hunt down the killer.

Episode 19 will also begin to show the end of Fish Mooney. According to a post by Venture Capital Post, Fish Mooney is already on a downward spiral after losing her criminal organization to Oswald Cobblepot aka The Penguin. The dollmaker gives her a new eye but the article confirms that actress Jada Pinkett Smith stated she would not be returning for season 2. Her character may be killed off during the finale episodes of the season or she might be imprisoned for life.

It was stated in the article that Jada Pinkett Smith was open to returning to the show but this does not spell out the character's death. Fish Mooney might be killed off and later brought back in a later season. The show writers could always find a way to bring her back such as stating she survived or simply faked her death to go into hiding.

Episode 19 "Beasts of Prey" is scheduled to air on April 13, 2015.
