Game publisher Rockstar Games is reportedly coming out with "Grand Theft Auto V Premium Edition," according to a report by video game website Kotaku. This edition, slated to be for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, also reportedly includes not just the base game, but a whole lot of downloadable content (DLC) as well.

According to Kotaku, there were leaks saying that "Grand Theft Auto V Premium Edition" was set to come out on March 23. However, anonymous sources told the website that the release date was pushed to April, although there was no reason given for the delay. These sources also revealed that the premium edition includes four years' worth of free DLC.

If this is true, then players who are able to get their hands on the premium edition will start the game off as multi-millionaires. The DLC in the package includes all the DLC that Rockstar Games published for GTA Online. Thus, if the rumors are true, the premium edition will include the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack. This starts the player off with properties, weapons, and cars worth over $10 million in the game.

"Grand Theft Auto" is an action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. Players control a character who is part of organized crime, and thus has to complete a series of tasks given by different crime bosses in the city.

Compared to the previous "Grand Theft Auto" iterations, "Grand Theft Auto V" has a much larger in-game world open to the player. However, the basic principles of the game are still the same.

It also seems that players should not expect anything new from the premium edition of the game. According to Kotaku, Rockstar Games intends to merely replace the standard version of the game with the premium edition, albeit with a whole host of free DLC. However, the premium edition will come at the same price as the standard edition, which may make the purchase worth it.

Retailers are reportedly already trying to unload their stock of the original "Grand Theft Auto V," which means the premium edition may indeed be on its way. If the release date is actually in April, then Rockstar Games will likely come out with an official announcement soon.

Of course, these are all just rumors from anonymous sources. Thus, until Rockstar Games comes out with an official announcement confirming or denying the rumors, the existence of "Grand Theft Auto V Premium Edition" itself remains uncertain.
