Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Maggie (Kelly McCreary) will have a confrontation about their personal lives in episode 21 of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13.

In the previous episode of the American medical drama television series, Meredith and Nathan (Martin Henderson) attended a conference together. During their flight, they worked hand-in-hand as they helped two patients, one from a brain hemorrhage and the other from a pulmonary hypertension, after the plane faced heavy turbulence.

In the end, they finally admitted how they felt toward each other and decided to give their relationship a try. However, Meredith is still afraid of what Maggie will say about this, especially since the latter has feelings for Nathan.

In the promotional preview of the upcoming episode, Meredith and Nathan are seen entering a room for a press conference regarding their recent trip. The audience heralds both doctors for their achievement, but Nathan puts the spotlight on Meredith. He tells everyone that Meredith has done an exceptional job and is the hero. After which, he gently pats Meredith on the shoulder as they look and smile at each other.

Meanwhile, Maggie is in the audience taking photos and notices the act. She seems to have an idea on what is happening between the two as her face visibly shows jealousy. The preview also teases that "the secret is out." Toward the end of the clip, Meredith looks nervous as she is certain that Maggie will get mad at her.

As for the rest of the doctors, the official synopsis for the upcoming episode titled "Don't Stop Me Now" reveals that Miranda (Chandra Wilson) and April (Sarah Drew) will work to fix some matters regarding Richard (James Pickens Jr.) and Catherine (Debbie Allen).

On the other hand, Eliza (Marika Domińczyk) continues to pursue Arizona (Jessica Capshaw), while Alex (Justin Chambers) is going to be surprised when one of his old patients comes back.

Episode 21 of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 airs on Thursday, April 27, at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
