"Halo 5: Guardians" is roughly two months away from its much-awaited release but the hype surrounding it certainly has not died down. There will be a lot of action and thrill in the game, and these are just the beginning.

John Holmes, the studio head for the game, was in the mood to drop hints via Twitter regarding what fans can expect beyond the release of the title. He promised that 343 Industries will keep things fresh with "new maps, modes, hundreds of new REQs and more."

Speaking of REQ, Holmes explained that there will be level cap for players. He, however, said that they could still earn more beyond the limit by playing multiplayer. These REQ should allow gamers to get REQ packs, too.

Holmes also guaranteed fans that players would get additional weapons, armor and even skins, which will be made available as gamers continue to dive into the first-person shooter video game's all-new mission.

In other related news, fans who have been wanting to see the face of everybody's favorite Spartan leader John-117 will be disappointed in "Halo 5: Guardians." Game director Tim Longo recently told Gamerant that the upcoming game won't see the character remove his signature helmet.

"I actually don't even know if I can talk about that... He doesn't take his helmet off," he simply explained.

As per his response, it looks like future iterations of the video game won't ever reveal the face behind the mask.

While awaiting the release of "Halo 5: Guardians," which will come out on Oct. 27 with a campaign double the size of its predecessor, fans can take a good look at how the new Warzone multiplayer mode plays out in a 15-minute long video from the recently concluded Gamescom 2015 event.
