The newest trailer for this game shows humans fighting against a new race of aliens, called "The Banished," led by a brilliant yet angry monkey-looking general.

The "Halo" head studio, 343 Industries, will develop this game, but according to The Verge, this game will receive assistance from the British studio The Creative Assembly. The latter is famous for their "Total War" games, which will certainly add depth to the strategic aspect of the upcoming "Halo Wars" game.

"Halo Wars 2" is still almost months away, but the same article points out that players will be able to get a taste of what the game has to offer. This is because 343 Industries will be hosting a beta that will go live right after Microsoft's keynote closes.
