Fans of the political drama "House of Cards" won't wait long enough because a release date has finally been confirmed.

The show's official Twitter account posted last Dec. 15 that the show will return for its fourth season on Mar. 4, 2016.

The release date was confirmed along with an image of Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) standing with pride behind the American flag.

"House of Cards'" Twitter account also released what appears to be a political ad from Frank as he runs for president once again. The video came at a perfect timing as it was released during the GOP debate on CNN on Dec. 15.

It introduces "a new day" in America with so many positive changes brought by a man who "refuses to settle" and puts people first before politics.

The presidential candidate also wrote his mottos on a website dedicated to him and the show in general.

Frank is determined to win that election with all the campaigning he has done, and fans will find out soon if he gets to win the race.

The premiere of season 4 is only three months away and fans are surely excited about what's to come. So far, what's known about the series is that Neve Campbell will be the newcomer of the season.

Nothing has been revealed about Campbell's character yet or how important her role is going to be.

Season 4 will still feature Frank and Claire's (Robin Wright) troubled marriage. It remains to be seen how the estranged couple will work out their relationship, but there are reports that they may also become political rivals in the next season.

Then again, as previously reported by TV Line, the show will introduce a new couple — somewhat younger versions of Claire and Frank. Popsugar mentioned that it's likely that the new couple will be the force that will drive Claire and Frank to work together.
