A bunch of new live images starring the HTC 10 are now making the rounds online, showing off the design of the upcoming flagship in great detail.

The stills come from a site that also offers a replacement casing for the HTC 10. The photos seem to put greater focus on the back of the smartphone, which the company is giving an upgrade on as well.

Overall, the live images look a lot like previous renders and live images of the HTC 10. See one of them embedded below. But the star of the photos has to be the chamfered edges of device.

HTC is releasing the said device to provide users the ergonomic feel when clutching and using a phone. On top of that, it also makes the device look sleek and unique.

The leaked images also show the protruding camera on the back next to the dual-LED flash and laser autofocus. There's the pair of the signature horizontal stripes running across the HTC 10's back – one at the topmost part and one below.

At the top of the device is the 3.5mm headphone jack. At the bottom of the device, the speaker grille sits next to the USB Type-C port. On the left hand side is the volume rocker and the power button.

As for the specs of the HTC 10, users are looking at a 5.1-inch Quad HD AMOLED display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor running the show with the help of its 4GB RAM.

On the imaging department, users can expect a 12MP UltraPixel rear-facing camera on the HTC 10. The company is keeping the BoomSound technology and will be embedding a fingerprint reader on the home button.

To top it all off, the HTC 10 will be packing 3000mAh battery to keep the lights on for long hours.

The HTC 10 is expected to be unveiled on April 12, but new reports claim that the Taiwan-based manufacturer will be launching the flagship on April 15.
