Using the TaiG tool, users can easily jailbreak Apple's newest firmware, iOS 8.1.2. Upon doing the task successfully, loads of bug-free Cydia tweaks will be made available. However, some may lead to bootloops and SpringBoard crashes when deemed incompatible. Thankfully, a helpful and detailed list of Cydia tweaks with either full or partial compatibility has been provided, courtesy of Twitter user iAdam1n. Regularly updated, the list delivers hefty information on more than 1,000 tweaks as of this writing. Particulars like 64-bit support and bugs or anything that impedes the tweak from working are supplied in the catalog.

IB Times has presented the best tweaks users cannot forgo, all aiming for the best jailbreak experience. First is the Watchboard ($3.99). As the name suggests, this app will give users' handsets the look and feel of the upcoming Apple Watch. The icons are the stars of the app as it comes with hundreds of them, all of which can be rearranged, grouped and zoomed in for a closer look at the details.

The app called Controllers For All (free) does the best thing for gamers/ jailbreakers, and that is to have their device morph into the most compatible gaming console. With this cool tweak, the iOS game controller is made compatible with the third-party controller. In turn, users can play all the games that support the controller.

Then there's one known as the Detailed Battery Usage (free). This one bears the comprehensive details about users' battery usage. It uncovers the hidden battery usage menu "Apple uses internally during development," as IB Times reported. After activating the app, users can check it by navigating to Settings > General > Usage > Battery Usage.

An app that gives a makeover to iPhones' lockscreen and homescreen is also at hand. With the Weatherboard ($1.49), users can set an animated weather condition as their wallpaper. Users can pick from a list of 80 weather conditions, including a "blizzard, severe thunderstorm, tropical storm, snow shower, flurries, missed rainfall, mostly sunny and fog."

When the lockscreen and homescreen are dolled up with the app, it is the icons' turn to gussy up. This can be done with ActiveBoard ($1.99). This one lights up the icons with different colors that either indicates unread/missed notifications (red) or applications that are truly running in the background (white). It also goes with sophisticated animation style for a perk.
