What a year it has been for the Duggar Family. They now have two additions to the family: Derick Dillard who wed Jill early this year, and Ben Seewald who took Jessa's hand in marriage.  So, with Jill and Jessa having tied the knot one after the other, everyone's wondering, who will be next to walk down the aisle in a family that used to be 19? 

The Hollywood Gossip did some investigating and was able to find photos of John David with a gal pal, or perhaps, his bride-to-be. The first photo showed John with a curly haired brunette in a family book signing. According to the report, the two appeared close.  In the next photo, John was seen sitting beside the same girl. They were dining with friends at a restaurant. 

An Instagram user uploaded these photos, not realizing how much attention it would draw. When it did, the user took down the photos, and the said account is now set to private. Could this mean that John really is courting now? 

Perhaps not.  When the Duggars got word of the rumors surrounding John and his supposed girlfriend, they immediately posted a reaction on their Facebook page. It reads:

Sometimes we see the gossip stories circulating. One this week we found interesting but not true at all!

News Flash: John is not courting and not in a relationship....and he has never been in one! Just thought we'd set that straight. He's still waiting for the right one at the right time. #InGodshands"

Early this year during his sister Jill's wedding, John said that he was taking applications for a bride, not realizing how seriously fans would take the remark. 

"It was a joke, but I hear that we started receiving applications like crazy," John told People.  "I don't know how many have come in and I haven't looked, but I hear there are a lot."  

He also shared that he always gets advice about marriage and he is always open to advice.
