Celebrity mom Joy-Anna Duggar recently revealed the due date of her first baby with husband Austin Forsyth.

The "Counting On" reality star set up a baby registry on Amazon hoping to get some much-needed supplies from their family and friends. Among the things they requested are as follows: an Aveeno baby daily bath time solutions gift set, a year-long Prime membership, crib sheets, a mist humidifier, and diapers. However, the detail that her fans were most intrigued by was the baby's due date, which was declared as Feb. 22, 2018.

This sparked some controversy because this could potentially mean that the baby was conceived before Joy-Anna and Austin got married. The couple happened to wed on May 26, 2017, which showed that the due date was a few days earlier than expected. In order to say that the baby is coming nine months from the wedding date, the baby has to be due on Feb. 26 of this year at the earliest.

On the contrary, the advanced due date appeared to show that Joy-Anna became pregnant before they exchanged wedding vows at the altar. This goes against the beliefs of the Duggar family where they strictly follow that couples have to be married before they can have babies.

Nevertheless, Joy-Anna and Austin said that they prayed for a baby even before they got married. In an Instagram post, the expectant mother said, "Austin and I are SO thankful to announce that we are parents!! Even before we were married we prayed that God would give us children and we are so blessed that he has given us this baby! Jesus is the giver of Life!"

She further added, "God Himself formed our physical features and that He did so with a wonderful plan for our lives. God knew us in the womb."
