Kate Middleton pregnant with twins and expecting royal baby girls?
Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge has been combating extra-severe cases of morning sickness during the first part of her pregnancy, and it may be due to her baby bump having not just one but two royal babies.
New reports via KDramaStars suggest that the Duchess' new ultrasound revealed two little heartbeats from twin baby girls. Upon laying eyes on two babies onscreen, the site reported that no one was more overwhelmed than the couple, who was expecting to see only one.
It can be remembered that bets on Kate bearing twins had sprung online as soon as the second pregnancy news came out.
However, completely different news also surfaced saying that the royal couple visited the clinic for an appointment with a doctor named Dr. Alan Farthing. The husband and wife were photographed leaving the medical clinic with the biggest smiles on their faces. Some interpret the expression to mean that the pink nursery the pair have been allegedly preparing would indeed be the home of their (one, not two) new daughter. In the photos, Prince William held an envelope in his hand, which is speculated to contain photographs of the new baby. Kate, on the other hand, has been staying indoors since the start of her pregnancy, and this was one of the rare moments she had been seen outside the palace.
According to reports, Kate has been terribly sick in the past few weeks as she is expected to be within the first 12 weeks of her pregnancy. The 32-year old mom suffers from hyperemesis gravidarum, which causes severe vomiting. The duchess reportedly said that she is more comfortable in the Middleton residence than in Kensington Palace. This is why Kate, as The Daily Mail reported, retreated to her Buckleberry home in Berkshire together with her 15-month old son, Prince George. Her parents, Michael and Carole, took turns in taking care of their grandson while their beloved daughter tried to get back in shape.
"Kate is feeling so lousy that she just wanted to be with her family and out of public view. She is extremely close to Carole, who is very much a hands-on grandmother. Between her and their nanny, Maria, Kate has all the help she needs with George while she is feeling so sick," a source said via Daily Mail.
"And Bucklebury is somewhere she can just relax and be herself," the source added.
The Duchess is back in London but has refrained from taking on royal duties while the sickness takes its toll.
Whether the royal family will welcome a baby or a pair, it is still unknown as official details about Kate's second pregnancy are still under wraps. If the Duchess is, indeed, carrying twin princesses, then the public would know in due time.
