There's still a long way to go before gamers can get their hands on "Kingdom Hearts 3" and waiting isn't made any easier with little to no new info about the much-awaited action role-playing game. The latest fans can toy with is a screenshot from the title.

The screenshot is said to have "Toy Story" written all over it as it features Sora, Goofy and Donald riding what fans believe is Buzz Lightyear's Astroblasters, one of the many attractions at Disneyland.

This had fans believing that "Kingdom Hearts 3" will integrate Buzz and Woody's world, which definitely goes with the game's theme. Developer Square Enix is going for less realistic and more fantastical and colorful for the title, fitting right in one of Disney's most notable sagas.

The screen from the game also looks amazing, which isn't a surprise. Square Enix is building the game on Unreal Engine 4, which is trusted to hugely improve the game visually. The software allows the game studio to perfect the design and aesthetics, some aspects the franchise is known for.

It remains to be seen what other worlds will be integrated in "Kingdom Hearts 3." There have been a lot of talk about "Big Hero 6" playing a part in the highly anticipated game. If this is accurate, gamers will get to visit the highly advanced city of San Fransokyo with Sora.

There are also speculations about Rapunzel's world in "Tangled" being featured in the game, as well as "Twilight Town" and "Hercules." At the moment though, Square Enix, mum as ever, won't confirm or debunk these reports.

Just a couple of weeks back, there were reports that a "Kingdom Hearts 3" trailer was to be released but the developer maintained it was a hoax, disappointing fans who have been aching to see material from the game.

Technically, the last time gamers had a look at the title was in E3 2015 last June, where the game was first announced. A release date is yet to be determined too.
