One of Square Enix's highly anticipated games this year is "Kingdom Hearts 3," which will be released next year, around April. Because of this, a lot of rumors and speculations abound regarding its progress since it has been mostly kept under wraps by its developers.

Regardless, according to recent reports, there will be a new trailer for this upcoming game at the E3 2016. Neuro Gadget points out that this trailer may show some gameplay footage as well as introduce new characters. But even with this, it still doesn't mean that the final game title will be revealed; after all, in the Square Enix financial report, the game is titled plainly "Kingdom Hearts 2.8."

Furthermore, Yibada reports that the game itself isn't presented in slides shown to investors, regardless of whether it was "Kingdom Hearts 2.8" or "Kingdom Hearts 3". But even with this, there are six other games that players can play while waiting, namely, "World of Final Fantasy," "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided," "Dragon Quest Heroes II," "Rise of the Tomb Raider," "SaGa Scarlet Grace," and "Final Fantasy XV". The last one has its launch date set for or before March 2017.

"Kingdom Hearts" was first released in March 28, 2002 by Square Enix (formerly Square) and Disney Interactive Studios for the PlayStation 2 console. It was considered to be a crossover action role-playing game, directed by Tetsuya Nomura, who designs characters for Square Enix. This game mainly does crossovers with a lot of Disney settings in a universe made specifically for the series.

Currenlty, the game has a series consisting of seven titles, which span multiple video game consoles. All of the games in this series have received international renown and consistently delivered commercial success for the company. And with the next "Kingdom Hearts" game already slated for release, a lot of fans expect the game to be as good as its predecessors.
