Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro's successor on its way?Lenovo

With the Mobile World Congress just around the corner, tech savvy consumers are getting more excited about the gadgets that manufacturers will unveil. But it seems that some have already found online what is believed to be the Vibe Z3 Pro, Lenovo's upcoming offering rumored to be launched at the said event. The alleged images as well as the specs and features of the handset were spotted in Chinese social network, Weibo.

Based on the leak, the Lenovo Vibe Z3 Pro is equipped with 5.5-inch quad HD screen display, which is slightly less than the 6-inch screen panel of the Vibe Z2 Pro. The leak also revealed that the flagship smartphone is powered by the top Snapdragon 810 processor from Qualcomm with 4 GB of RAM. The internal storage also counts up to 64 GB on board. An additional storage through a microSD slot is also possible as the Vibe Z2 Pro had one.

The main camera is 16-megapixels with optical image stabilization and laser focusing. One of the surprising camera features of the handset, based on the leak, is the hardware shutter button, which is a rare feature. The smartphone will surely run with the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, and it will allegedly have a 3400 mAh battery capacity.

One of the best assets of the smartphone is its physical appearance. As seen in the purported leaked photos of the device, the smartphone beats others with its all glass and metal casing. The brushed aluminum back panel is the same as its predecessor, while the curved edges are replaced with sharper ones.

With the timing of the leaked information and images of the device, the Lenovo Vibe Z3 Pro will most likely be announced at the MWC trade show kicking off on March 2.

There is no official word from the Chinese manufacturer, but should the Lenovo Vibe Z3 Pro come out in March, it will battle with a myriad of smartphones set to be announced during the event.
