With both Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao now in deep training, it should be interesting to note how the two fighters will approach the mega bout scheduled for May 2, 2015 at the MGM Grand Las Vegas.

Mayweather and Pacquiao have been busy preparing themselves in what is considered one of the richest matches in boxing history but make no mistake about it, both fighters are taking it very seriously.

Pacquiao together with trainer Freddie Roach have been busy plotting their schedule for the remaining time before the actual bout. That also includes carefully analyzing and discussing strategies as the tandem tries to come up with the perfect style to potentially deal the first loss for Mayweather's career.

At present, Pacquiao reveals as well that Roach has no qualms about his strategy. Both seem to be working on the same page. For Pacquiao however, his focus is to be 100% physically fit as well as being mentally and spiritually focused.

On Mayweather's part, the undefeated boxer is looking to improve his stance when it comes to fighting southpaws. It is no secret that Mayweather has had his struggles with southpaws hence a probable reason why he selected Zab Judah for his sparring mate.

Judah is a southpaw but is also pretty quick. He is seen as someone tasked to simulate Pacquiao although the Filipino boxer's legal adviser, Michael Koncz, stressed that the 37-year-old southpaw is far different from the Filipino icon.

One thing that Pacquiao is expected to solve is Mayweather's defense. With Mayweather expected to run, hit and dodge all night, Pacquiao may need the proper endurance to try and catch up to the unbeaten American.

Despite that notion, Pacquiao believes that he just needs to be patient and hit (with blinding speed) at the right moment.
