Details from an unauthenticated survey regarding Bioware's upcoming "Mass Effect 4" game were suddenly leaked online, giving away massive information such as the game's plot, multiplayer modes, and more. The information was posted via Reddit but the user has since taken the post down. 

There has been no confirmation that the information leaked is valid or if it's even credible, but fans have since defended it and neither EA nor Bioware has made any move to deny it. 

The same situation happened last February when the company released a survey concerning "Dragon Age: Inquisition," but that time, the information was intentionally given out to the public. A previous survey back in 2012 did leak the main plot and setting of "Inquisition." 

According to the leaked information, "Mass Effect 4" is allegedly going to take place in the Helius Cluster, which is a group of solar systems within the Andromeda Galaxy. Players will take the role of a "Pathfinder." This character is reportedly "far removed by time and space from Commander Shepard's heroic acts and the final events of the Mass Effect trilogy." 

The main plot of the game is to find a suitable new home for humanity within the Helius Cluster. The Pathfinder needs to explore several solar systems in a playing space far larger than that featured in "Mass Effect 3." This would also justify the decision to bring back the Mako, an explorer vehicle featured in the first "Mass Effect." 

Players will have to battle outlaws and hostile alien races as they try to collect resources and build thriving colonies. 

The main antagonist of the new title will be known as the Remnant, an ancient alien race whose technology can grant complete control over this particular region of the Andromeda Galaxy. 

While none of the information has been confirmed, it was reported by IGN that the game will be making an appearance at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo in June.
