More games will be coming to the Xbox consoles this January via Microsoft's "Xbox Game Pass," including "Injustice: Gods Among Us."

Xbox console owners who availed Microsoft's "Xbox Game Pass" for just $1 will be getting more games than promised for the month of January. According to Xbox's official news site Xbox Wire, the company has added 10 more game titles on top of the already 100 games available for the console.

The list includes "Deadlight: Director's Cut," "Zoo Tycoon," "WRC 5: World Rally Championships," "Bayonetta," "Tecmo Bowl Throwback," the original Xbox game "Fuzion Frenzy," "Devil May Cry4: Special Edition," "NBA Playgrounds," and Hideo Kojima's "Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes."

However, the most notable addition to the "Xboss Game Pass" for January is the "Injustice" sequel "Injustice 2: Gods Among Us." "Injustice 2: Gods Among Us" is an engaging fighting game developed by "Mortal Kombat" creator NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. in May 2017 for the Xbox One, PS4, Android, iOS, and Microsoft Windows.

"Injustice 2: Gods Among Us" offer players a choice among 24 legendary DC Comics characters to play with. Gamers can opt to play with friends, online or via local play, or just with characters controlled by the game. The game also offers a "Story Mode" for players who want to continue where the first "Injustice" story left.

All games for the "Xbox Game Pass" will be made available starting Jan. 1. "Xbox Game Pass" will then be offered for $9.99 in February 2018.

Microsoft also recently announced the games available for January's "Games with Gold" for the Xbox consoles. The company has added four games for Xbox owners with Xbox Live Gold membership to enjoy for the month of January. These games include "Zombi," "The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing III," "Army of Two," and "Tomb Raider Underworld," and will be available starting Jan. 1.
