Office Insider members are now able to download the latest build version, 16.0.6769.2011, of the Office 2016 for Windows desktop. Forum moderator Anneliese made the announcement last March 25, saying that it contains new features for the latest Office suite for Excel and OneDrive and a few fixes for bugs that arose from the previous build version.

Build 16.0.6769.2011  for the latest Office version will now include Power Query Enhancements for Excel, which now provides an easier way to "discover, combine and refine" data from different sources. Public data can also be easier to access, like information from Wikipedia. This feature also gives Excel users the ability to manipulate such available data.

With the new OneDrive feature, Find Photos in a Flash, users can scan and search photo tags and metadata. Plus, text included in the Photos are now searchable and extractable. Object recognition is also possible with the latest build, so looking for, say, a basketball in a truckload of images is easier than before.

Sharing options for OneDrive was given an additional boost by the feature. Get a link and Email is now available.

Additionally, two fixes were also delivered to Outlook, one for unread emails showing up while searching for already read emails, and the other for placeholder boxes that show up instead of HTML signatures.

The announcement added that if Office 2016 Build version 16.0.6769.2011 fails to automatically get installed, insider members can manually install it by going to Files> Account> Update Options> Update Now.

Several insider members have posted comments on the said announcement and one vouched for the Find a Photo in a Flash feature. It has found her cats among several images and none of them were tagged with the said word. She was very impressed.
