'Orange Is The New Black' season 3: New changes in the prison

In the third season of "Orange Is The New Black," there will be management changes in the prison.

After Fig (Alysia Reiner) stepped down from her role as assistant warden due to embezzlement charges, she was replaced by Joe Caputo (Nick Sandow). Reports claim that Caputo will make changes in the prison next season.

In an interview with Vulture, Sandow dished details about his character and changes he will make to the womens prison.

Sandow told Vulture: "How do I think he's going to run it differently? It's a good question. I don't think Caputo really knows. I don't think he's the kind of guy that has any plan. I don't think he's the kind of guy that has absolutely anything up his sleeve. On the first and second day of his new job, he's just trying to keep his head above water. Do I think that he'll go about it without embezzling and these other things? Yeah, I think that he's got a sense of wanting to do the right thing."

Sandow said that it is difficult for his character Caputo to do the right thing because of deep-seated issues with the prison system. There will be many compromises along the way and it will be difficult for Caputo to challenge the systems foundation.

Sandow revealed that he has seen some of the show's episodes, but he has not watched them all as he chose to be inside the series.

Recent spoilers claim comedian Mike Birbiglia, who played Patrick in the film "The Fault in Our Stars," will be part of the cast of "Orange Is The New Black" in season three. Fans were excited to hear of the cast's new addition -- a male in an almost entirely female cast.

"Orange Is The New Black" season three streams in summer 2015 on Netflix. The first episode is rumored to stream in June. The  first and second seasons are available for streaming on Netflix.
