More news is expected about "Persona 5" very soon, and those looking to be the first to hear the latest updates will definitely want to tune in to this year's Tokyo Game Show.

A new teaser website for "Persona 5's" appearance at Tokyo Game Show has already been launched, and it's an indicator that official word about the game is indeed imminent.

For now, the website doesn't really contain much of anything other than the words "coming soon" playfully written and a logo at the top for "Persona 5."

Atlus, the developer of "Persona 5," has promised a lengthy showcase for the game at this year's event, although they have not revealed what exactly they will be announcing.

With "Persona 5" expected to arrive before the end of 2015, it is widely believed that Atlus will be announcing the game's official release date at the Tokyo Game Show. The event also serves as the last best place for Atlus to announce the game's launch date, according to Gematsu. If the game's developer continues to stay mum about the release date at the conclusion of the Tokyo Game Show, then that could be an indicator that "Persona 5's" launch might be moved to next year.

Aside from an official release date, fans are also hoping to learn more about the other aspects of "Persona 5" at the event.

According to Geek Snack, there is building optimism that "Persona 5" could also be launched for personal computers (PCs), although that appears to be unlikely. Right now, the game is only expected to make its way to PlayStation 3 and 4, although there is always a chance that additional platforms could be announced later on.

All that players have to go on for now about "Persona 5" are the trailers that have been released for the game, but with Tokyo Game Show looming, the blanks are expected to be filled in very soon.
