Atlus, the developer of "Persona 5," has promised a lengthy showcase for the game at this year's event, although they have not revealed what exactly they will be announcing.

With "Persona 5" expected to arrive before the end of 2015, it is widely believed that Atlus will be announcing the game's official release date at the Tokyo Game Show. The event also serves as the last best place for Atlus to announce the game's launch date, according to Gematsu.
