With "Pokemon GO" already released to Australia, New Zealand, and the U.S., fans outside these countries are still clamoring for its release. A lot of fans just downloaded the game's APK manually and played the game illegally.

According to NDTV, the influx of illegal players and the overwhelming number of official players in the abovementioned countries have rendered the game unplayable for other players. The reason for this is that the servers did not anticipate this number of players and therefore was unable to deal with the load. Niantic, the company that developed "Pokemon GO" along with Nintendo and The Pokemon Company, will delay its international release in other countries until the issue is fixed.

In an interview with the Business Insider, John Hanke, CEO of Niantic, said that despite the undeniable popularity of the game, it struck a nerve with them. As such, the launch of this game in other countries will be delayed until they're comfortable once again. After all, while they anticipated the interest of the "Pokemon" fans, the staggering amount of players has totally caught this company off-guard.

Regardless, the popularity of this game is undeniable, and without the server issues, it proves to be really addictive.
