The buzz just keeps getting louder for couple Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, especially with the recent announcement of their engagement. One of the rumors about Markle's engagement ring has now been confirmed, as the couple has revealed that two of the diamonds came from Princess Diana's personal collection.

The announcement, which was made yesterday morning, Nov. 27, confirmed the long-rumored engagement between the British Prince and the "Suits" actress. Apparently, the two had been engaged for a better part of the month. Before the revelation, the 33-year-old prince and his girlfriend had been mum about the fuss on the real deal with their relationship. However, even with their silence, their supposed engagement has been making headlines in the past months.

After the announcement, they had their first interview as a couple, where they finally confirmed rumors about Markle's engagement ring. The diamond-studded gold band was designed by Prince Harry himself, and it contains a diamond from Botswana, where the two recently visited, and two others from the late Princess Diana's personal collection. This is not far from the previous rumor that the ring would feature diamonds from Princess Diana's brooch, as per a US Weekly source.

The two have also hinted at their wedding date. The announcement revealed that they plan to marry in Spring of 2018, with fans predicting a March wedding. Previously, there had been news that they were set to wed by June next year.

The two have been together at various events in the past months, but rumors of a more serious relationship between them were fueled by news of Markle's departure from "Suits," where she plays Rachel Zane. Prior to the engagement, sources only revealed that the actress planned to live with Prince Henry in London and focus on philanthropic works.
