PS Plus June 2015 free games: 'Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes', 'Skulls of the Shogun: Bone-a-Fide Edition,' 'Super Exploding Zoo' and more

Sony has stopped speculations about the upcoming titles for its Playstation Plus line-up for June by releasing the list days early.

For next month, there will be four PlayStation 4 games to be included in the list, two of which are also available for free for PS Plus members on the PS Vita.

Topping the list is the triple A title "Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes." The latest chapter in the highly successful Hideo Kojima franchise combines the classic gameplay identified with all "Metal Gear" titles, but had it updated with a combination of cunning, intelligence gathering, and stealth play, all at the player's hands, and it is up to the gamer to choose which tactics to use in infiltrating a Cuban military base already on high alert and on the lookout for a rescue mission.

Along with the "Metal Gear" title is "Skulls of the Shogun: Bone-a-Fide Edition." In this turn-based strategy and fighting game combo, players take on the role of General Akamoto, one of Imperial Japan's greatest shoguns, as he tries to frustrate his impostor's plans and take revenge on those that backstabbed him.

The last two titles on the PlayStation 4 are also available on the PS Plus program for PS Vita players. First is "Super Exploding Zoo," wherein players must complete all 80 levels and defend animal eggs in the zoo from a horde of greedy aliens who want to keep the eggs for themselves. Also available on both PS4 and Vita is "Futuridium EP Deluxe," an old-school style shooter combined with a puzzle gameplay.

The PS Plus for June also listed two titles for the PlayStation 3. There is "Call of Juarez: Gunslinger" for those wishing to go for some first-person action on the older-gen console. At the other end of spectrum is "Cloudberry Kingdom," a 2D platformer game with a revolving AI that builds insanely difficult levels.
