While ABC continues to broadcast the first 11 episodes of "Quantico" online on ABC Go, fans are already looking forward to see fresh new installments from the critically acclaimed drama thriller.

During the explosive midseason finale, viewers of the show found out that Elias Harper (Rick Cosnett) was the one who framed Alex Parrish (Priyanka Chopra) in the first bombing, claiming that he was just forced to do it. But after confessing about his involvement in the bomb attacks, Elias decided to end his own life before another bomb detonated in the command center. This was just hours before the court read Alex's sentence for the crimes that she did not commit.

As the outcome of the latest explosion has yet to be revealed in the second half of the season, the return of "Quantico" will also reveal the reason behind Alex's concerned expression at the end of the midseason finale. Did someone close to her get hurt because of the new terrorist attack?

Fans of the series are also looking forward to know the status between Alex and Liam O' Connor (Josh Hopkins), who both left the New Year's Eve party hosted by Caleb Haas's (Graham Rogers) mother, Senator Claire Haas (Marcia Cross).

Liam has been Alex's mentor since the beginning of the season. Yet their interaction during the New Year's Eve party seemed to mean something. Will a new relationship blossom between the two in the second half of the series?

Series executive producer Joshua Safran addressed the question in an interview with TVLine. He said that viewers will soon learn the real score between the two when the series returns.

"You will find out in the next couple of episodes what happened," Safran revealed. "It's answered very quickly — it's just not necessarily answered in [Episode] 12."

"Quantico" returns to ABC on March 6.
