This week on "The Real Housewives of Orange County," the ladies continued to speculate whether Brooks Ayers really has cancer or not, and Shannon Beador and Tamra Judge talked to Vicki Gunvalson to know what's really happening with her boyfriend.

The episode started where it left off, at Shannon's Aries-themed party. Last week, Vicki and Brooks confronted Meghan Edmonds about why she had been getting in touch with people from his past and asking if he really had cancer. Vicki and Tamra Judge also had a war of words about Brooks.

Heather told Vicki that Brooks might be getting scammed because he has been going to a doctor for holistic treatments, when that doctor happens to be a specialist whom Heather saw for cellulite treatments after the birth of her twins. Heather said that she was just concerned, but Vicki wasn't having any of it and left the party shortly after.

The next day, Tamra showed up at Vicki's house to apologize for what happened at the party. Tamra suggested that maybe Brooks should show his medical records to stop the speculation once and for all, but Vicki didn't like that idea at all.

Later, over lunch, Shannon asked Vicki why she left the party early, and Vicki said that she couldn't handle being around so much negativity anymore. Shannon said that people have been coming to her to talk about the situation, and while she remains her strongest supporter, she wonders why Brooks didn't see any of the doctors that she recommended, adding that she took pains to get them to see him as they were very much in demand in their respective fields. Fed up, Vicki told her that Brooks had his own doctors, and that maybe she should just call him. Right now, she doesn't want to talk about it.

Next week, Heather is all set to get her new skincare line, Evine, up and running as she goes to Minnesota to launch it. But the venture takes a turn for the worse when Terry Dubrow flubs the rehearsal. After seeing a doctor with Brooks, Vicki tries to end the cancer speculation, but when Meghan hosts a party to celebrate Heather's skincare line, a new revelation about Brooks shocks everybody.

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" airs Mondays at 9/8c on Bravo.
