Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey will soon be on the big screen again as she is set to portray herself in the movie adaptation of her autobiography entitled "My Fight/Your Fight."

Rousey, together with her sister Maria Burns Ortiz, wrote the autobiography which tells the story of her trial-laden path to success.

The work was published by Regan Arts this year and was the New York Times bestselling autobiography.

Now, it will be turned into a movie with Paramount Pictures having secured the rights to Rousey's autobiography, as first reported by Variety.

The news outlet added that Mark Bomback, who will also serve as the executive producer for the movie, will adapt the book while Mary Parent and Rousey will be the producers.

Some of Bomback's works as screenwriter include "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" and "The Wolverine."

It is not the first time Rousey will be on the big screen since she already starred in "Expendables 3," "Furious 7," and "Entourage."

The 28-year-old mixed martial arts (MMA) star will shoot a film this year entitled "Mile 22," which will be directed by Peter Berg, according to ESPN.

Variety added in their report that Rousey is being linked to the Warner Bros. action movie entitled "The Athena Project."

Rousey is recently coming off a 34-second knockout finish of Brazilian contender Bethe Correia to defend her title for the sixth consecutive time and remain undefeated at 12–0.

A potential next fight for her is against Miesha Tate, whom she already defeated twice via submission; although Tate is the only fighter that made it past the first round against Rousey.

Tate is currently in a four-fight winning streak since she suffered her last defeat in the hands of Rousey during their last meeting at UFC 168 back in December of 2013.

According to reports, a Rousey-Tate rematch is planned to be a co-main event for the Jose Aldo vs. Conner McGregor fight, which will likely take place in December.
