Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is reported to be launched on the third of September and will pack a different camera compared to the Galaxy S5.

Patently Apple cited top tier suppliers claiming the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will be released on Sept. 3, which is a few days ahead of the IFA event in Berlin. Samsung plans to send an official invitation letter to interested parties, media and industry officials for the event soon. The report added that Samsung is rushing to launch the Galaxy Note 4 in order to battle Apple's next generation iPhone 6, which is set to debut at the same month.

Previous rumors were going around that Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will boost its camera to 20MP, but the device was allegedly seen in AnTuTu with Snapdragon and Exynos processors as well as 16MP ISOCELL back camera.

However, Korean media are now reporting that instead of ISOCELL, the phablet is going to offer the 12MP with Optical Image Stabilization paired with 3.7MP front-facing camera. According to Motoring Crunch, Samsung have production facilities set to make the 12MP camera and the sensor could be made in the Tianjin factory. 1 million units are anticipated to be produced each month.

The switch from ISOCELL to OIS was claimed to be due to the need to keep the device as thin as possible while also having OIS. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was also rumored to bring forth a UV Sensor and Retina Scanner although Samsung has not confirmed any of these rumors.

Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is also rumored to pack a quadHD screen display with 2,560 x 1,440 pixel resolution, 64-bit processor, Android 4.4.3 Kitkat operating system, 3GB RAM, and 3 megapixel front-facing camera.

The handset will be available in two variants packing varying processors. Just like the previous Galaxy Note phablets, the international variant will come with Exynos chipset and the unit released in the US will pack the Qualcomm's Snapdragon processor.
