The highly speculated Samsung Galaxy Note 6 has made its way again to the rumor mill, this time through an alleged CPU-Z app screenshot that shows some very interesting phone specifications. The image shows that the rumored phablet will be equipped with a homegrown processor and a huge amount of RAM.

However, according to an update on the report by PhoneArena, the CPU-Z screenshot of the alleged Galaxy Note 6 is, unfortunately, a fake one. The alleged screenshot was sent to PhoneArena by someone claiming to be a Samsung employee.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 6 is expected to be powered by the South Korean tech giant's own SOC, the Exynos 8890, which is based on a 14 nm process and comes with eight cores. The screenshot also shows that the rumored phablet will be having 6GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It also shows a 5.77-inch display screen that has a 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution that offers a 480 dpi screen density.

The report added that the rumored phablet will have a similar design as the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy Note 5 -- a combination of their looks but it will be slightly thicker than its predecessor. It is also said that it will be dust- and water-protected with an IP68 certification and have a 3,700 mAh battery.

In another report, the supposed Galaxy Note 6 is called "Grace" internally. According to a report by AndroidBeat, the rumored phone will now be released in Europe, which its predecessor failed to do. The information also showed the exact model number that U.S. mobile carriers will likely distribute once the phone is finally released. It was also noted that the model making its way to America will be an unlocked version.

It was previously rumored that the Galaxy Note 6 will be powered by a Snapdragon 823 processor with 6GB RAM. Additionally, it is highly anticipated to be IP68 certified, will feature an iris scanner, and will feature a 12MP main camera and a 5MP secondary snapper. The highly anticipated phablet is said to be revealed by July or August with a September release date, Ecumenical News said.
