Even before the Sony Xperia Z4 is officially unveiled, it looks like somebody already knows how to make a case especially for it. A new bunch of photos of alleged cases for the Z4, which match the leaked renderings of the handset that recently hit the Web, are now the ones making noise. The case has a cutout for the SIM on the left. There is also room for speakers and a 3.5 mm audio jack at the top and bottom of the device.

The Sony Xperia Z4, according to rumor mills, will adapt the OmniBalance design from its predecessor while sporting a better specs package. The flagship is said to house its upgrades under a 5-inch Triluminos display set at 2560 x 1440 pixels and a 565 ppi pixel density, which should make it crisp and sharp.

It owes its power to the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, and it should perform immaculately alongside a sizable 3 GB of RAM. It is also said to come out with 32 GB and 64 GB flavors. Despite the ports' alleged rearrangements and getting rid of the waterproof plate for the charging port, the Sony Xperia Z4 is said to keep its IP68 rating. After all, Sony has always brought in waterproof offerings.

With that said, the Sony Xperia Z4's durability is, in part, due to its shatter-proof glass. What makes it more intimidating is its pair of snappers — a 20.7-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 5-megapixel selfie shooter. According to reports, the forthcoming device will have Android 5.0.2 Lollipop ready to go.

Still, reports remain unfounded with Sony still mum. All the same, the Sony Xperia Z4 remains to be one of the most awaited devices in the tech realm and if rumors hit the mark, the company will be showing it off this summer.
