Digital distribution platform Steam is holding its annual Halloween sale until Nov. 1. The event is a great chance for horror fans everywhere to nab copies of their favorite creepy games at a great discount. It's also a chance for PC players to try out games like the original "Resident Evil" and "Silent Hill" games that were released a few years ago.

From the brand-new "Friday the 13th: The Game" multiplayer horror title to classics like "Amnesia: The Dark Descent," here are some of the games that are currently on sale on the Steam store.

"Fran Bow," a creepy adventure game about a girl struggling with a mental disorder, is currently being sold at 70 percent off. Aside from that, it is currently part of the Dark Dames in Adventure Games bundle, a five-game package that also includes "The Cat Lady," "Shardlight," "Kathy Rain" and "Bear With Me." The bundle is currently 58 percent off. Steam users can also opt to buy the games individually.

The survival-horror multiplayer game "Dead by Daylight" is available for 50 percent off, and the Deluxe Edition of the game is currently 30 percent off as well.

Other horror games that are currently on sale this Halloween are co-op shooter "Zombie Army," zombie survival game "Dead Island," and co-op end of the world game "Vermintide."

Multiplayer games aside, the sale also includes a handful of unique games that border on spooky but aren't all too bad for those on the squeamish side of the horror game fan spectrum. These games include strategy dungeon crawl role-playing game (RPG) "Darkest Dungeons," which is currently 51 percent off, and the character-driven exploration game "Night in the Woods."

Moreover, Steam users will also be able to purchase horror movies for a less hands-on night of Halloween fun, ensuring that there's something for everyone this Halloween sale.
