"Steven Universe" season 4 is currently on hiatus, but at the New York Comic-Con, series creator Rebecca Sugar held a panel to tease the upcoming new episodes and songs for the show. During the presentation, it was also revealed that the hiatus ends this November, but no specific date was announced.

The last episode of season 4 that was released was "Onion Gang." The upcoming episode is widely speculated to be "Gem Harvest," given that a preview was shown during Comic-Con, ensuring fans that it was not a fake episode, contrary to what previous rumors said, and that it was indeed going to air soon.

As reported by Movie News Guide, during the panel, Sugar also played a portion of a new song that is going to be played in one of the upcoming episodes. Unfortunately, Sugar did not reveal which episode it is going to be featured in, although the lyrics hint that it will be featured in the episode "Three Gems and a Baby."

The song is titled "I Can Never Be Ready," and it is going to be played during a flashback sequence or a time-travel sequence where Mr. Greg reveals how he was unprepared to be a father back when Steven was born. It may be related to one of Steven's friends who may be facing a similar predicament.

According to the report, it was also rumored that season 4 episode 8 would premiere on Thanksgiving Day, but many fans do not believe this since "Steven Universe" has made it a point not to air episodes during any of the national holidays.

When the show does return, it is speculated that episode 8 will be the delayed "Gem Harvest," which will be followed by "Three Gems and a Baby," "Tiger Philanthropist," "Lar's Car," "Oceangate," "Breakfast or Bust," "Flower Tower," and finally, "Steven's Sister." The schedule for the upcoming episode has not been released as of writing.
