Episode 10 served as the fall finale for the fifth season of "Suits" and it ended with a cliffhanger: Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) was arrested for conspiracy fraud while his partner Harvey (Gabriel Macht) resigned from Pearson Specter Litt.

In an interview with Yahoo! TV, series creator Aaron Korsh revealed that the back six episodes of season 5 will focus primarily on Mike's story arc now that he has been arrested and will be facing charges in court. Korsh also explained that the remaining episodes will blend in the intrigue of discovering who revealed Mike's secret and how he will face the consequences of finally getting caught. The design is to have the fake lawyer arrested with no build-up to keep it suprising and unexpected, the way these events might play out in real life.

"The reason we wanted it to come out of the blue is, that's how it's gonna come out, right? Most likely, they're just gonna come one day and arrest you. You're not gonna see it coming, you're not gonna know who did it. It's just gonna happen to you," he said.

He then stated that at first he and the writers thought about utilizing a time jump but then settled for going directly to the moments that follow episode 10's ending. He then revealed the next episode's title and what it might pertain to in the context of the show's recent events.

"Episode 11 is called 'Blowback' - that would be a good thematic title for the last six," Korsh explained to Yahoo! TV. "I feel like this is a course change for 'Suits.' We'd been dancing around this thing forever."

While he did not expound on what he meant as a course change, it is likely that Mike's arrest will forever alter the dynamics of the series now that Mike can no longer pretend to be a law graduate. Mike's arrest will also cause some trouble for his planned marriage with Rachel (Meghan Markle).

"Suits" season 5 episode 11, "Blowback," has no announced release date but is expected to air by the end of January 2016.
