The much-awaited Jensen Ackles-directed episode from the 11th season of "Supernatural" will finally air on next week, showcasing new threats heading towards the Winchester brothers.

In the episode titled "Bad Seed," fans of the long-running horror fantasy adventure series will see the Mark of Cain-bearing baby named Amara in her pre-teens. Based on the trailer, Amara is making Crowley's (Mark A. Sheppard) life extra difficult when he lures her to come with him by demanding a lot.

The trailer shows Amara telling Crowley that she is very hungry, and no amount of food could satiate her appetite. That is why she decides to devour the maid who brought her food, and Crowley does not do anything to stop her.

Based on the synopsis for the episode, Crowley decides to keep and take care of Amara for his personal gains. Apparently, Crowley is very interested to get Amara's extraordinary dark powers for his own plans.

The synopsis reads: "While Rowena (guest star Ruth Connell) tries to consolidate her power to protect herself from the Winchesters, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) search for a missing baby connected to the Darkness. Meanwhile, Castiel (Misha Collins) struggles to heal and Crowley tries to find a way to use the Darkness for his own personal gain."

Meanwhile, a sneak peek for the episode shows Castiel trying to break free from Rowena's curse. This means that he still cannot offer his help to the Winchester brothers to look for Amara and Crowley to end the possible danger that is lurking because of the ancient powers of the Darkness that the demon is plotting to use. Could Castiel finally remove Rowena's curse to be completely healed and return to his normal self?

"Supernatural" season 11 episode 3 is slated to air on Wednesday, Oct. 21, on The CW.
