The Winchester brothers will take a trip to an infamous bed and breakfast in the next episode of "Supernatural" season 11, but Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) will not be there to rest.

Based on the episode titled "Thin Lizzie," the brothers will investigate the series of murders happening inside a local B&B that used to be owned by a renowned criminal Lizzie Borden.

The killings that are happening inside the bed and breakfast somehow resemble the alleged killing style of the property's former owner. Based on the history of the infamous killer, Borden was blamed for the death of her father Andrew and step-mother Abby Borden in Fall River, Massachusetts back in 1892.

The victims allegedly suffered repeated blows to their heads, crushing their skulls. The promo video showed that a couple of young travelers were discussing Lizzie's crimes, before one guy warned about the possible ghost that might lurk around the area. But before the girl could reply, a hooded masked figure suddenly appeared and axed her behind her back.

According to the synopsis, "Sam and Dean investigate a series of murders at a local B&B that also happens to be Lizzie Borden's old home. When a local man, Len (guest star Jared Gertner), tells them he saw a little girl around the B&B around the time of the murders, the brothers realize Amara (guest star Yasmeene Ball) may be responsible."

If their hunch turns out to be true, the little girl who is believed to be the human form of the Darkness is behind the crimes, and behind her sweet face lies a very dangerous persona. But can Sam and Dean stop her from causing further destruction and losing more lives due to senseless killings?

'Supernatural' season 11 episode 5 airs Wednesday, Nov. 4, in The CW.
