Longtime-running reality survival competition series "Survivor" is down to its first two episodes of season 35, but already fans are discussing on various forums and news sites on who is the most likely winner of the current installment of the show.

Various discussions on the popular forum site Survivor Sucks pertain to host Jeff Probst's alleged hints on this season's winner, mostly about the lucky castaway's gender.

Some say it is a woman and that Probst is not happy with the result. Meanwhile, some fans are saying that Probst is just probably bluffing, so as to give viewers more reason to tune in to the longtime-running show.

Probst already revealed to Entertainment Weekly that the current season will have "the best finish ever." Season 35 of the show is called "Heroes v. Healers v. Hustlers," and premiered its debut episode on Sept. 27 on CBS.

"The last third of the season, you cannot predict what is going to happen," Probst said. "You won't want to miss it. And you're going to love the thrill of the drama."

"One of the best finishes. One of my favorite final Tribals — new format, a hearty discussion, and who knows? Minds may be changed in the jury," he added.

The second episode of the season also saw the introduction of the power couples, formed when the series was filming at the Mamanuca Islands in Fiji. Although it is not the first time power couples were added in the series since the show first aired in 1997, the concept of power couples has evolved over the years – as how Probst explained it in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

"My reaction to what you're picking up on is the more layered and often more aggressive nature of how Survivor is being played today," said Probst.
