Another emotional episode is coming in season 4 of "Switched at Birth."

The past episodes portrayed the very controversial topic of campus rape when Tank (Max Adler) took advantage of Bay (Vanessa Marano). Previously, Bay unwillingly went through an investigation process after Toby (Lucasa Grabeel) told his girlfriend about it. The girlfiend, who also happens to be a teacher, then told Melody (Marlee Matlin), thus the latter was compelled to launch a proper investigation to make Tank pay for his crime. The episode ended with the offender being expelled from school, but Bay was not happy about it.

In the last episode titled "Fog and Storm and Rain," Regina told Daphne that she invested a lot of money in the coffee shop that she wants to put up soon. Although Daphne was glad to find a place like that in the city, she was unsure if it would become a lucrative business. That is why when Regina told Daphne that she invested $50,000 in the coffee shop, Daphne was not exactly thrilled.

Meanwhile, the synopsis for episode 8 titled "Art Like Love is Dedication" reads:

"Bay tries to figure out how she can pursue an art career. Regina invites Eric (guest star Terrell Tilford, 'The Young and the Restless') and his son to stay with her temporarily. Mingo (guest star Adam Hagenbuch, 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower') asks Daphne to hang out. Meanwhile, Kathryn offers to help Travis with his English."

The episode was written by Linda Gase and directed by Jonathan Frakes. The show features Vanessa Marano as Bay Madeline Kennish, Katie Leclerc as Daphne Paloma Vasquez, Constance Marie as Regina Vasquez, D. W. Moffett as John Kennish, Lea Thompson as Kathryn Kennish, Lucas Grabeel as Toby Kennish, and Sean Berdy as Emmett Bledsoe.

"Switched at Birth" season 4 episode 8 airs Feb. 24 on ABC Family.
