Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) will be a big part of "Teen Wolf" season 6 despite the rumors that his injuries from "The Maze Runner: Death Cure" set hindered that.

He was able to film scenes before the accident happened, but a new photo of Brien with a fan named Vanessa Denegri that surfaced online hinted that he has not been on set for quite a while.

It is unknown if the photo is recent, but if it is, it looks like the actor has enjoyed the luxury of growing a glorious beard that he usually does not get when filming.

Denegri said on her Twitter that O'Brien looked better as he has been shying away from filming to focus on his recovery. The actor definitely looked a bit different and it appeared that he has not been on the set of "Teen Wolf" season 6 for a while.

There have been tons of reports about Stiles' heartbreaking fate in "Teen Wolf" season 6 as a result of his hiatus. According to rumors, his character will be killed off in the final run of the MTV hit series.

However, these reports remain to be unfounded. But in the event that it happens, it will surely be an unforgettable way – in a positive of negative way – to end the supernatural drama.

For now, what's sure is that the next season of "Teen Wolf" will, in a way, center on the character "because a lot of this season's mystery revolves around him," as per showrunner Jeff Davis.

"We're going to see just what Stiles' friendship means to Scott, Lydia, and Malia. We're going to see why exactly he's Scott's best friend, what it means that he's Malia's human anchor, and what his will-they-or-won't-they relationship is with Lydia," Davis told Entertainment Weekly.

"Teen Wolf" season 6 will be very special for Stiles indeed, seeing that his first name, which has been kept secret throughout the series, will finally be revealed.
