Bandai Namco game director Katsuhiro Harada is not at all happy about "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" screenshots leaked from the South Korean rating board prior to their planned release.

"Before we export [a game], we have to submit the data to a review board that's connected to the South Korean government," Harada explained on Twitter, as translated by Kotaku. Harada was apprised of the leak by a fan.

"However, every time – even though it's confidential information – the review board leaks info to the media. This ratings board is the worst," the game director continued.

Bandai Namco had no choice but to formally release the "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" screenshots, which showcased Devil Jin, Alisa Bosconovitch, Steve Fox, Hwoarang and Paul Phoenix donning alternate costumes.

Along with the images, the game publisher also released a trailer for the game, which shows off the opening of the arcade game and how the said characters look in the field with their new garb on.

The "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" trailer also gives a thorough look at Akuma, who comes all the way from the "Street Fighter" franchise. It looks like the fighter has all his signature moves intact coming to the new battleground. Even his EX meter tags along.

He is still able to perfectly throw his Raging Demon special attack. It looks like he can also execute killer combos, which will, in turn, need him to opt out of some move animations.

In the trailer, gamers also get a good look at the bride dress-donning "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" fighter Nina Williams, who Bandai Namco announced last month.

Lastly, "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" will be introducing some changes in the rage system, which the trailer previewed. The tweaks include players getting access to both Rage Arts and a new move-buffing Rage Attack when they reach a certain point of their health meter.

Locations tests for "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" will commence in Japan next week. Its PS4 version is scheduled to release some time this year.
