Teresa Giudice memoir 'Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again' to release next year

Teresa Giudice is about to share new details about her life as a reality star and about her prison stay. In "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star's upcoming memoir titled "Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again," the star will be sharing what it's like to be an inmate at the federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut where she is currently serving the last weeks of her prison sentence for fraud. She is set to be released on Dec. 23.

According to the book's official press release, the memoir will feature "behind-the-scenes look at life in prison, her marriage, her rise to fame, the importance of family, and the reality TV franchise that made her a household name in her explosive and ultimately uplifting first-ever memoir."

The book was co-written by People magazine's K.C. Baker. An image of the tell-all's cover has been released, and it shows Giudice in a white dress and heels sitting on a table. A picture of husband Joe and their four daughters can be seen on top of the table right next to the star.

This will not be the first book that Giudice has published. Previously, she authored three best-selling cookbooks—"Skinny, Italian, Fabulous," "Fabulicious: Fast and Fit!" and "Fabulicious: On the Grill."

Last June, it was revealed that Giudice was passing the time behind bars by writing on her journal. Her attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., told Us Weekly at the time that the mother of four was going to publish a memoir.

"It's going to be about growing up from humble beginnings," said Leonard. "She will also tell the story everyone is dying to know: what life is like behind bars."

Us Weekly  previously published excerpts of her diary, and Giudice revealed that there was no shortage of food in prison. "They're feeding us so much here," she wrote. She also wrote about attending mass in the church prison and Giudice also noted a fight that took place inside the jail.

"Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again" will be released by Gallery Books on Feb. 9, 2016.
